Terms & Conditions
Our versatile gift certificates can be used in any of our properties across Australia. They are sold in $50 denominations (up to a maximum of $500) and remain valid for a period of six months from the date of issue.

Gift certificates from Seasons Apartment Hotel Group are not transferable or redeemable for cash. All reservation requests are subject to availability and exclude special events.  Should the certificate be lost or destroyed, we are unable to honour it or extend its validity.

Any incidentals or facilities used during your stay and not specified on this certificate will be charged and settled upon departure from the hotel. A credit card imprint or cash deposit will be required at the hotel as a guarantee for any incidental charges during your stay (applicable to accommodation certificates only).

When making reservations, the certificate bearer must provide the certificate voucher number. All certificates must be signed by an authorised representative of Seasons Apartment Hotel Group.
